We founded Gakusi Power Private Limited with the goal of providing financial freedom to people worldwide. We believe that rising unemployment and inflation are becoming major problems. To solve this problem, it's essential to give people the opportunity to earn income commensurate with their expenses, but how?

We have accepted the challenge of solving this problem. Through hard work and research on this subject, the Gakusi Power Business Model (GPBM) has been developed under Gakusi Power Private Limited. I am confident that our GPBM will help all affected individuals earn income that matches their expenses. Our GPBM followers will also achieve financial freedom and significantly improve their access to the products and services of their choice.

When people around the world register under GPBM using a referral ID link, the company assigns them an Associate ID, and they become members of the Gakusi Power (GP) Community. GP Community members can benefit under GPBM in two ways : -

(i) When ID holders recharge their IDs, they receive a specific amount equal to three times the recharge value. This amount is used to upload the value of bills for products or services purchased from the market to their ID. Upon uploading the bill value, the generated consumer points are automatically credited to the company's Consumer Points Fund (CPF), and the ID holder also gets a chance to earn three times the recharge value.

(ii) When an ID holder makes a payment for products and services at a franchise, their ID is recharged with an amount equal to the Consumer Points earned by the franchisee. These Consumer Points earned through this recharge are then deposited into the company's Consumer Points Fund (CPF), giving the ID holder the opportunity to earn up to three times the recharge value.

The Consumer Points Fund is distributed in five ways : -

1. 20% of the Consumer Point Fund goes to the ID holder, which is called Self-Income.
2. 20% of the Consumer Point Fund goes to the ID holder's referrer, which is called Referral Income.
3. 20% of the Consumer Point Fund is reserved for the Community Fund. This reserved amount is distributed to all ID holders of the entire GP Community in proportion to their remaining recharge value at the time of the weekly closing, which is called Community Income.
4. 20% of the Consumer Point Fund is reserved for the Reward Fund. The reserve reward fund is distributed according to the table below:

5. 20% of the Consumer Point Fund is reserved for the Offer Achiever Fund. This reserved fund is used for the maintenance of the offer and to reward the Offer Achievers.

• The ID holder's ID becomes active upon uploading the bill value or getting billed by a franchisee.
• Consumer points are issued on uploading all types of bills or receiving bills by the franchisee, which is equivalent to one rupee per consumer point.
• ID holders who earn 5,000 consumer points are awarded the Gakusi Power Award.
• To qualify for each reward level, at least five ID holders must be reward achievers.
• To keep the level achiever status valid, at least one active ID holder must be referred each month.
• If more than one ID holder qualifies as a level achiever, all achiever ID holders will be given equal share of that level's reward fund.
• Self-income or referral income is distributed immediately, while community income and reward income are distributed at the weekly closing.
• The Offer Achiever Fund will be used to distribute to Offer Achievers as per the latest offer information.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₹100/-.
• Upon making a withdrawal request, a 10% processing fee is deducted and the remaining amount is transferred to the account within 48 hours.
• The firm reserves the right to update the terms and conditions of GPBM from time to time as required.
